About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Finance Administrator is responsible for payroll processing, bookkeeping functions, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate financial records in compliance with legislative and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and in compliance with CRA, WCB, and applicable employment legislation
  • Maintain employee payroll records, including earnings, deductions, benefits, and leave tracking
  • Administer employee group benefits and GRSP contributions, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Prepare and submit payroll remittances, ROEs, T4s, and other required year-end documentation
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
