Finance Administration Analyst

Bilingual Finance Administration Analyst based in Malaga to support the accounting and compliance team of a busy service provider to the technology industry. Key elements of the role include contract review to ensure bank payments match the terms of the agreement, bank reconciliations, invoice management both purchase and sales and building key relationships with compliance, treasury and planning. Most clients are UK based, some are Spanish. It is essential that candidates have a strong working knowledge of Excel (eg Pivot tables, Lookups, @ifs).

The ideal candidate will be excellent at problem solving, be quick to adapt to change with clients’ demands and be able to work flexibly. A good degree of common sense is required.
