Overview
The Finance & Admin Associate supports the company's financial and administrative operations, ensures compliance with government regulations, and helps maintain efficient office processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance and filing
- Prepare financial statements and related reports
- Handle preparation of Statements of Account (SOA) and invoicing
- Process, file, and report government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
- Maintain proper bookkeeping records
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Provide general office and administrative support
- Assist in financial audits and documentation when required
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
