Filling Operator

General Responsibilities :
1. Conduct preparation, process and production control in accordance with foreman instructions
2. Maintain and support the process and quality of filling results in accordance with the specified specifications.
3. Controlling the existing CCP in order to properly monitor and info immediately to the foreman / supervisor to request corrective action if there are deviations in accordance with the requirements in the ISO document and HACCP Plan (special filling operator mechine)
4. Doing / support / help trial and commissioning machine.
5. Fill out all logsheets as documentation media of production process from material start to production result according to part handled (Mechine / transfer / stockist / maintenance / general)
6. Watching / executing preventive maintenance schedule to keep production equipment well used.
7. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies (5R1S / EHFS).
