FIFO Supervisor - Facilities Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, including resource management, asset deployment, and resource utilisation.
• Assist in managing operational staff requirements, including rosters, leave, timesheets, and span-of-control for personnel and subcontractors.
• Support site projects and services, including mobilisation, demobilisation, and contract-related activities.
• Work closely with site clients and internal stakeholders to control costs, expedite services, and manage scope variations.
• Maintain direct client interaction and relationship management, liaising effectively with client representatives on a daily and weekly basis.
• Contribute to team member training and development, ensuring competency, compliance, and performance standards are met.
