To ensure the integrity of Nike Inc. through consistent execution of merchandising direction within Nike Factory Stores, providing a premium retail experience for every consumer.
**CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:**
**Seasonal Initiative Floor Sets**
+ Support initiative installations, ensuring all windows and initiative areas have been executed to a premium level. Plan and execute seasonal directions/ key looks/ category layout and promotions in store.
+ Maintain, promote, and execute Nike Product Presentation (PP) standards across Nike Factory Store (NFS).
+ Actively seek innovative/creative ideas and provide feedback to elevate initiatives in store.
+ Manage and maintain mannequins and signage within the store and ensure they are always in premium condition.
