Job Description
The Field Technician is responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and installation of kiosk machines within their assigned area. Reporting to the Area Maintenance Supervisor, the technician ensures the optimal performance and reliability of all kiosks, addresses technical issues promptly, and collaborates closely with various teams to deliver seamless self-service solutions to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide service and customer support during field technical visits or kiosk deployments, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Manage relationships with collection and third-party service providers, acting as the primary point of contact during service operations.
