  Required Skills: 
 Windows server and workstation administration and upgrades
 Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
 Active Directory and Exchange Server administration
 Backup technologies (on premise and cloud)
 Virtualisation Technologies (VMware and/or Hyper V)
 Infrastructure monitoring and alert management 
 Basic Networking – routing / switching / wireless
