Basic knowledge of Window soperating 
Basic client service skills.
Ticket documentation and tracking in the CRM platform.
Creation of end-user response and delivery letters.
Control and updating of physical and logical inventory.
Extensive knowledge in the assembly, disassembly, and reconditioning of computer equipment and peripherals (laptops, desktops, QR readers, fingerprint readers, headsets, printers, among others).
