Field Services Engineer

Reporting to Service Manager, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer located in Eastern Andalusia (Malaga/Granada), covering the south of Spain.

Main responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshooting the Sebia’s instruments installed base distributed in a defined geographical area. Also support other geographical areas if needed.
• The installations and troubleshooting includes informatics related to our instruments: PC installation, LIS connections, connection to customer network, etc.
• Phone support
• Customer satisfaction: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the customers. Ensure they are correctly taking care of our instruments and realize about their needs. Give an excellent service in a timely manner.
• Reports in time all the work done in CRM.
• Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades to comply with services KPI.
