Field Services Engineer

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team onsite in Lahti, Finland , and take ownership of building automation operations for a key data centre project. This role offers a hybrid working model and company‑provided accommodation, with the support of our global engineering network.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operational maintenance – Monitor and maintain the Building Automation System (BAS/BMS) for delivered data centre projects, ensuring stable and reliable system performance.
• On‑site incident response – Quickly respond to system anomalies or failures; perform initial fault diagnosis (equipment failure, communication loss, logic errors) and apply emergency measures as needed.
• Client facing – Act as the primary technical contact for the client on site, providing clear updates, listening to their needs, and delivering regular system status reports.
