Description
:Champion a healthy and safe work environment by enforcing safety standards and procedures.
Conduct daily and scheduled review meetings (pre-job, mid-job, post-job).
Ensure compliance through proper truck inspections and documentation.
Perform in-person inspections to verify JHA controls are applied and updated.
Recruit, mentor, and develop staff, providing regular performance feedback.
Spend time in the field to monitor work scope and address technical issues promptly.
Manage the repair process, including tooling, warranty, and inspection findings.
Oversee technician productivity, allocate resources, and manage job progress.
Communicate job changes and updates to technicians during mid-job reviews.
