Master the operating system and interfaces that ensure the operation of all applications. Analyze logs and report to stakeholder. Run all necessary modifications due to a change in the line configuration (online configuration) Keep historical problems and failures in electronic files for consultations. Keep backup,all actions updated and available for documentation. Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers throughout the project. Execution of new release tests. Conduct user training related software product to customer. Must be able to analyze problems in the network structure and produce solutions according to the analysis.
