FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Job Summary

• Installation and commissioning of all types of equipment in the SANOVO TECHNOLOGY GROUP (STG) product range.
• On-site emergency service, troubleshooting and repair of STG equipment.
• Scheduling and execution of planned maintenance of STG equipment.
• Training of the customer’s operation staff in operating the equipment.
• Training of the customer's technical staff in maintenance and repair.
• Ensuring documentation (reports and as-built) of executed installations and service work.
• Supervision of 3’rd party installation crews as per agreement (depending on project scope).
• Occasionally prepare equipment for- and participate in trade shows and exhibitions representing STG.
• Assist STG sales colleagues with technical details or practical arrangements as per agreement.
• Continues training and improve knowledge of the equipment within STG.
