Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer – FLT and MHE

Location: Covering Grantham – Newark area.

Hours: Monday to Friday – 40‑hour or 45‑hour week available.

Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 (40 hours) or £36,000 – £42,500 (45 hours).

Responsibilities

• Serve and maintain forklift trucks and other material handling equipment across customer sites.
• Carry out diagnostics, repairs and servicing of FLT and material handling equipment.
• Plan and manage own daily work schedule.
• Receive backing from a strong technical team and participate in ongoing manufacturer training.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background – ideally with FLT, mobile plant, HGV or industrial vehicle experience.
• Engineering skills in electrical, mechanical and hydraulics.
• Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.
