Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Leixlip, Co. Kildare
Our client, a global player in providing semiconductor production equipment systems, are seeking Three Field Service Engineers / FSE's to join their growing team, onsite at their new facility in Kildare.
Reporting to the senior engineer, you will be responsible for providing field service engineering activities to the company’s customers on-site. This position troubleshoots more complicated products and problems. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be customer-facing, on-site, and ensure all products/equipment are maintained.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing service calls and determining customer needs or problems, and responding accordingly.
Providing over-the-phone consultation and advice to the customer, may need to respond to emergency customer situations or may need to schedule and repair the Company’s products at the customer's ...
