About the Role
We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer (English and Dutch/Flemish speaking)to look after our customer base in Benelux. We are ideally looking for somebody based inBelgium orSouthern Netherlandsin order to cover the territory effectively.
Priorities and Objectives:
Perform field service as advised by Customer Care in conjunction with the Service / Team Leader. Carry out installation, maintenance and repair of the current and future Life Science / Diagnostics instrument portfolio with the initial focus on Reproductive Health Screening. Provide first line onsite user training on these systems.
Organising routine maintenance allocated on a monthly basis.
Ensures that all documentation, circuit diagrams, Service Data Bulletins and manuals are of the correct revision to undertake service on specific instrument types. Maintains ancillary documentation e.g. Safety Manual, Procedures Manual to the highest st...
