Welcome to your new role at Sungrow, the global leader in solar inverters. As a Field Service Engineer in Finland, you will help us build a sustainable future by diagnosing, installing, maintaining, and upgrading solar and energy storage systems.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer issues and run diagnostics on technical problems.
- Perform on‑site installation, maintenance, and upgrade tasks.
- Support project managers during commissioning and site acceptance.
- Follow operational, health, and safety procedures as defined by regulations.
- Ensure up-to-date documentation for existing and upcoming service contracts.
