About the Role
**You may be our new****Field Service Engineer****Key responsibilities**- Realization of inspections, repairs, preventive maintenances or troubleshooting at customer site- Preparation of technical reports and recordings regarding customer complaints, and forwarding to the responsible departments- Support of the customer staff regarding technical problems- Support of the Service Account Manager regarding the technical advice of the customers- Preparation of technical reports- Leading of the personnel at site (depending on the task definition)If necessary, installation of filling lines (depending on the task definition)Installation of modifications (depending on the task definition)**You bring these skills, experience & education**- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial or related field required.
- 3 years minimum of prior experience in the industry and/or 2 years in the same position.
