About the Role

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Connect with local colleges, institutes, and training centers in Barrackpore and West Bengal area .
  • Build basic relationships with colleges, coaching centers, and academic partners.
  • Coordinate and support career seminars, workshops, and student awareness sessions.
  • Assist in local business development and lead generation activities.
  • Identify potential students, partners, and opportunities in the assigned area.
  • Follow up with leads and help in closing enrollments.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2–3 years of experience in education, training institutes, or sales/BD roles.
  • Basic network in colleges, coaching centers, or local education institutes is a plus.
  • Energetic, proactive, and willing to work on the field.
