Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Develop and own the Channel Partner Quality Framework, including standardized Field Quality Plans (FQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), installation SOPs, defect checklists, photo/video documentation protocols, and digital quality tools/apps tailored for distributed rooftop/C&I projects. - Define mandatory quality gates and checkpoints that channel partners must follow - Conduct partner onboarding quality training - Perform regular field quality audits and surprise site visits - Manage third-party inspection agencies (TPIs) deployment - Handle non-conformance management - Oversee the warranty certificate issuance process: - Verify completion of all quality inspections, commissioning tests, punch-list closures, and documentation - Authorize and issue company-issued warranty certificates to end-customers upon confirmed compliance. - Ensure digital/QR-coded certificates (where applicable) are generat...Ready to Apply?
