Job Objective: Lead the local field promotion team. This role requires exceptional street smarts, strong communication skills, and data acumen.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Recruit, train, and directly manage local Filipino field agents, boost team morale, and ensure daily visit volume and work quality.
• Supplier Collaboration: Monitor the installation progress and material quality (signs, awnings, QR boards) of third-party advertising vendors, ensuring installation locations meet brand standards.
