TK Elevator is looking for a Field Operations Supervisor to oversee field labour force and support personnel, ensuring delivery of modernisation and repairs projects on time and meeting safety and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the field labour force and support personnel in accordance with volume of sales to meet or exceed customer expectations for scheduling and execution of elevator project work.
• Plan, direct and coordinate employee assignments, visually monitor employee performance on projects to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and budgets.
• Ensure all employees comply with safety procedures as set out by company policy and provincial Health and Safety Act. Investigate any work‑related accident/incident/near‑miss.
