About the Role
Purpose
Lead and develop the Football Clubs channel, one of the most strategic and high-visibility pillars within Field. This role drives commercial performance, brand execution and senior stakeholder alignment across key football club accounts.
The position requires strong commercial leadership, political awareness and the ability to operate in a complex hybrid environment combining corporate structure and club dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership
• Own the Football Clubs portfolio and drive sustainable growth
• Lead 6-month pre-order cycles and mid-term commercial planning
• Manage sell-in, sell-out and stock performance
• Identify risks and growth opportunities through data-driven insights
Execution Excellence
• Ensure best-in-class execution at official club stores
• Conduct frequent field visits to drive brand and retail standards
