Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering; preferably a licensed Civil Engineer.
- At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance and construction.
- Knowledgeable in construction operations and related processes.
- Can start ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Monitors all related work activities and assigned tasks being done on-site based on submitted and approved work sequence and Methodology;
- Ensures that all subcontractor works are on proper execution and in compliance;
- Interprets and executes plans and specifications;
- Assist in the preparation of work instructions and method statements for work;
- Monitoring and preparation of weekly and monthly reports for submission to the Field Superintendent;
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned.
