About the Role
The Field Coordinator oversees and supports daily field activities to ensure smooth operations, timely project completion, and effective communication between the field team, office staff, and clients. This role ensures all field personnel follow company standards, safety guidelines, and client requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesField Operations
- Monitor daily field activities and ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule.
- Provide on-site support to resolve issues, delays, or concerns raised by field staff or clients.
- Coordinate deployment of workers to different sites based on manpower needs.
- Assist in conducting site inspections and verifying work quality and compliance.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field activity reports.
