About the role:

Serves as the primary resource for clinical support for trouble shooting and patient follow up.

Technical: Attends unit and performs patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success.

Able to cover cases with mid-to-advanced complexity.

Participates in events and demonstrates an ability to effectively educate potential candidates and build customer and patient loyalty.

Promotes company products through clinical education of current and potential customers and patient clinic coverage within a defined region.

Supports team to achieve projected sales goals and increase sales revenues.
