About the Role

Job Description
Make real impact by helping patients adopt healthier habits, manage chronic conditions, and navigate care. In this field-based role, you’ll deliver primarily face-to-face wellness coaching, coordinate care, and educate patients on treatment plans and devices. You’ll ensure timely follow‑ups and support the flawless execution of IQVIA’s Patient Support Program.
Responsibilities
Conduct face‑to‑face wellness coaching during weekly field visits across Egypt
Guide patients on healthy habits, treatment devices, and personalized care plans
Create and distribute health education materials (e.g., brochures)
Respond promptly to patient inquiries, following approved scripts
Report adverse events and quality complaints related to program products
