About the Role

Job description

Our client, a global telecommunications company, is currently hiring for a Field Applications Engineer to provide professional technical and project management support for service provider and distribution partners in a timely manner. 


Responsibilities 
Technical support of all SP accounts and SP distribution partners (2nd / 3rd Line) 
Customer onsite support for technical issue replicating, debugging and real life testing 
Provide support to the WEU Sales Team in the form of pre-sales, and attend customer sites where and when appropriate 
Develop and deliver technical training to customers, partners and other members of the team. Both onsite and internally 
Testing and evaluating new products including but not limited to: CPE/GPON/XGSPON/COE/LTE/5G/FWA product lines and firmware releases
