**Job Description:**

**What you’ll be doing**

+ Good RF and microwave knowledge and experience to influence design with Richardson RFPD authorized lines, solution selling, socket replacement.
+ should possess Excellent relationships with RF customers in government, defense, Infra market and private customers.
+ Partner with sales team, provide technical support to customers and promote demand creation.
+ Build rapport with key suppliers, align with both Richardson RFPD and supplier requirements, build funnel, periodical reporting as per supplier request.
+ Participate in supplier training, strategic meetings, QBR and align with the expectations.
+ Drive required results on DR, DWIN count and DWIN$ to meet the overall goal.
