Field Application Engineer(FAE)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for technical services for important global customers and paying customers,
effectively solve customer problems through hotlines/ticket systems/emails, etc., and ensure
customer service satisfaction;
2. Responsible for handling after-sales technical problems of overseas customers, provide
customers with professional problem solutions, and ensure timely and effective problem
resolution;
3. Record, analyze, and summarize customer problems according to internal requirements, and
report feedback to internal persons in charge on time;
4. Receive and handle other matters arranged internally, and effectively close the problem loop.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with a background in network, electronics, communications,
computers, etc.
2. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and Chinese or a small language
(German, French, Spanish) is preferred;
