Field Application Engineer, Provectron

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FAE to join our growing team. This role will focus on supporting automation business. You will partner with local teams to provide on-site support for equipment commissioning and troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for automation equipment on-site delivery, installation, and commissioning
• Provide timely on-site support and troubleshooting when customer equipment issues occur
• Work closely with the local sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proficient in mechanical or electronic troubleshooting and debugging
• Basic understanding of automation systems and manufacturing processes
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in equipment installation or maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to travel
