The Field Application Engineer acts as a technical liaison between Abaco and its customers, providing technical support, and guidance to ensure successful integration of products and solutions, often working on-site and collaborating with sales and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for understanding the customer’s needs, specifications, and expectations, and translating them into technical requirements for the developer. Work through all phases of customer interaction including customer analysis, design implementation and product manufacturing including long term technical support. Assist in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications.
