Field Application Engineer

【Main Responsibilities】 Pre-Sales Technical Support: - Collaborate with the sales team to visit large local data center clients in Mexico (such as hyperscalers and colocation providers) to identify technical needs. - Provide targeted data center infrastructure (such as precision power distribution, Data Centers, UPS, cooling systems, or monitoring software) solutions based on client requirements. - Responsible for technical responses, product selection, and drawing reviews during local project tenders in Mexico. Solution Design and Presentation: - Proficient in the application scenarios of company products in data centers, capable of delivering technical presentations and demos to clients in Spanish. Project Delivery and Commissioning: - Guide or assist clients with on-site equipment installation, power-up commissioning, and performance testing. - Handle complex technical issues that arise on-site. 【Job Requirements】 1.
