Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Field Force Data Analyst to optimize field operations and sales strategies through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will analyze store sell-out, capacity, and ISS data; evaluate HR agency performance; and generate actionable reports to enhance market share, agency efficiency, promoter productivity, and inventory management. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze store sell-out, capacity, and ISS metrics to monitor performance trends.
Evaluate HR agency data to assess effectiveness and efficiency.
