Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate academic or administrative departments.
Maintain visitor records and manage front desk documentation.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with school staff.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable always.
Assist school management with day-to-day office coordination.
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written – mandatory).
Previous experience in a school or educational institution.
