Job Description:
We are hiring a confident Female Business Developer for the Upwork platform. The candidate will work during the night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with international clients on calls
- Handle leads and client inquiries
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team
- Follow up with clients and close deals
Requirements:
- Experience or good understanding of Upwork
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable with night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Female candidates only
