- Location: Surrey, BC V3Z 1G8
- Salary: $22.00 to $26.00 hourly (to be negotiated)
- Hours: 30 to 40 per week
- Employment: Permanent, full-time

Responsibilities
- Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning crop growth and development
- Develop specific plans to prioritize
- Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable and non‑marketable lots
- Organize tasks to accomplish the work
- Oversee clearing of fields, hoeing crops, and general farm operations
- Maintain financial, production, and quality control records
- Co‑ordinate and supervise general farm workers and harvesting labourers
