Farm Supervisor

Job Summary:

Plans and organizes the over-all operation of a poultry farm. Supervises workers who feed, water, and otherwise care for poultry, and clean poultry houses, pens, feeders, waterers, boiler rooms, and sheds. Maintains research records on mortality of poultry, feeding of poultry, and other information on poultry.

Job Description:

· Monitor day to day operations and management of the poultry farm.
· Making daily schedule of building caretaker and farm utility.
· Monitor equipment status and ensuring that equipment are all working.
· Monitor the stocks of feeds, vitamins and other supplements.
· Develops strategy depends on the seasons.
· Ensure the cleanliness of poultry building and other farm facilities.
· Ensure minimum number of fly in the farm.
· Train new workers.
· Provides care to injured or ill chicken.
· Enforcing work sanitation practice to prevent the spread of diseases.
