Family Practitioner
Staffordshire County Council invites applications for the Family Practitioner role. The position supports children and families, providing crisis intervention, working collaboratively with social workers to support children in need, children on child protection plans and children in care.
Two posts are available:
- 18.5 hours per week, permanent
- 37 hours per week, fixed term until July 2026
Main Responsibilities
- Be a key worker for children and families, leading early help assessments and plans.
- Collaborate with social workers to support children in need and on child protection plans.
- Contribute to parenting assessments, support mediation, crisis prevention, conflict resolution and Life Story Work.
