Family Physician - Remote Fly In

Job Description

Family Physician – trauma-informed, culturally competent, comfortable with an EM on-call component. Fly-in/fly-out on a 2 week in/2 week out basis from any Canadian location. You will be one of two physicians on duty in a state-of-the-art northern hospital with a well-supplied and supported ER, a small number of inpatients and a weekday clinic. There is also a requirement to offer regular day-clinics in some outpost locations that are one-day fly in or drive-in occasions -- no overnights required in these locations.

Job Qualifications

Fully qualified and licensed physicians with a focus on relationship-based practice and a passion for northern medicine. Minimum requirements include a CCFP or equivalent experience, as well as up to date ACLS.
