Overall responsibilities and duties:
Perform deep-dive failure analysis for customer claims (RMA) with validated root cause (data/experiment supported)Investigate in-process failures (ICT, FCT, Flying Probe, and EOL) and differentiate symptom vs. true root causeExecute HLA (Assembly unit), board-level (PCBA) and component-level troubleshooting (signal, sound, power, intermittent issues)Design and perform verification experiments to confirm root causeGenerate FA reports (clear failure mode, evidence, validation)Support 8D / RCCA with actionable and measurable outcomesDefine analysis approach and priority based on risk and impactEscalate critical issues w...
