Failure Analysis Operator (JG3)
Support in performing analytical services such as External Visual Inspection (EVI), X-ray, Scanning Acoustic Tomography (SAT), and sample decapsulation.Prepare and clean samples/packages to ensure they are suitable for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) verification.Assist with administrative tasks, including withdrawal and shipment of samples or laboratory supplies.Handle request processing, including acceptance/update in the system, SAT report generation, system closure, and creation of basic material analysis reports when required.Maintain organized archiving of completed requests, ensure proper safekeeping and updating of KGU database in the laboratory.Conduct daily 5S activities at assigned workstations and actively participate in weekly audits within the Product Analysis Laboratory (PAL) area.Understands and follows safety protocols in handling laboratory tools, chemicals, and equipment to...
