Job Description

Perform failure analysis on devices, circuits, and characterization of packages, materials or components of customer returned parts and other internal requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform failure analysis on devices, circuits, and characterization of packages, materials or components of customer returned parts and other internal requests.
• Provide analytical assistance to process, product, NPI/NPD, and quality engineers or cross-functional team in the analysis of material, process and product-related problems.
• Initiate or develop improvements in 5S, Safety and FA process/methodologies. Document or update applicable specification.
• Generate a comprehensive technical report. Interface and collaborate with other FA laboratory sites or cross-functional team for the analysis results and review.
