Support the operation of the Philippines PE Lab through product failure analysis, materials analysis, reverse engineering and other related activities. Provide product analysis support to Lab customers such as Operations, Product Development, Sales, and Marketing.

About the job:

• Provide excellent service to all customers of the lab, internal and external.
• Work with requestors and management to complete requests for failure analysis, materials analysis, reverse engineering, and all other related activities.
• Communicate request status and results through updates in the Engineering Test Request System, Reliability Test Database, caWeb, and direct contact.
• Generate reports related to product failure analysis, materials analysis and the like.
• Prepare test schedules for other Engineers and technicians and manage workflow, providing assistance/guidance as needed with clear instructio...
