Faculty Position – Pakistan Studies

Overview

The Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Mushtaq Ahmad Gurmani School of Humanities and Social Sciences (MGSHSS) invites applications for a full-time Teaching Fellow in the Pakistan Studies Stream.

We are seeking a candidate with demonstrated expertise in teaching Pakistan Studies, which is a core requirement in our undergraduate curriculum. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute actively to the department’s undergraduate teaching mission and engage with students in an on-campus, in-person learning environment.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Master’s or MPhil degree, preferably in History, Politics, South Asian Studies, or Pakistan Studies, and demonstrate a strong academic background with a commitment to undergraduate teaching. This is a full-time on-campus role requiring physical presence for in-person teaching and academic engagement.
