About the Role
- Supervise daily powder coating production and workers.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Monitor surface preparation, coating, curing, and inspection process.
- Perform quality checks on finishing and coating thickness.
- Ensure machines are properly maintained and operated safely.
- Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.
- Prepare daily production reports.
- Troubleshoot production issues when needed.
- Collect payment from customers when required.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- If you have 1–2 years experience in manufacturing / powder coating is a bonus.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible and able to handle payments properly.
- Must have own transport and have attention to details.
