Factory Operations Supervisor

**This is a 4th shift position. Friday-Sunday 6am-630pm**
**4th shift includes a 10% shift differential on top of base rate.**

BAE Systems is looking for a Factory Operations Supervisor for their Austin, Texas facility. The Operations Supervisor role is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, leading, and managing activities within a team-based manufacturing environment. Major areas of responsibility include establishing and improving manufacturing capabilities for highly technical products and programs.
