Factory Manager

The Factory Manager holds full P&L responsibility for overall plant performance, with direct authority over: Production PPIC Quality Assurance Maintenance Warehouse & Dispatch Safety & Regulatory Compliance This position reports to senior operations leadership and collaborates closely with Sales Operations, Procurement, and R&D to ensure operational alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence Ensure production meets on-time SLA commitments in line with sales forecasts. Achieve full and timely order fulfillment (OTIF). Stabilize daily operations and maximize throughput efficiency. Identify and remove bottlenecks, downtime, and operational inefficiencies. Take full ownership of production plan execution, beyond scheduling oversight.
