We’re now looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead one of our key sites, a role for a strategic, people‑focused operations leader who’s ready to shape performance, build capability, and drive long‑term value.

As the most senior leader on site, you’ll oversee the full factory ecosystem: production, supply chain, technical, engineering, quality, safety, sustainability, and people development. You’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence, cultural progress, and continuous improvement.
